We are the sole supporter of The Children's Health Fund's Referral Management Initiative. This program ensures continuity of care for medically underserved, high-risk children, who are often homeless.

This system eliminates the barriers, distance, cost, and cultural issues that often prevent these children from receiving the services of specialists. Lessons learned from this initiative will have an impact on programs that provide healthcare to underserved populations.
